In November 2024, I was 1 of 4 Guest Speakers to speak with students from the Sports Business Administration Club at Babson College – Ranked Top-5 for Business Schools in America.
I spoke with Babson students regarding my experiences at DraftKings on Digital Marketing & Inclusion, Equity & Belonging over the past 2.5 years.
We discussed the planning, collaboration and execution of DraftKings Marketing initiatives in the months leading up to key tentpoles. Additionally we discussed how IEB supports all departments across DraftKings and drives employees to engage with each other and the external community.

Heading into 2024, I was elected by colleagues and leadership to lead DraftKings’ Multi-Cultural BRG – SHADES
Coordinated over 25+ In-person & Virtual initiatives tailored around promoting Professional Development, Community Engagement & Celebrating Diversity at DraftKings.
Partnered with numerous vendors to deliver catered experiences to employees of DraftKings, such as Sports teams/leagues, Professional Development workshops and innovative cultural activations.
Played a key role in sending over 50+ employees to Conferences, Workshops & Corporate Retreats such as AfroTech, Black Business Symposium & other large scale Tech conferences around USA & beyond.
Haymakers For Hope
May 9th, 2024 was my first bout as an amateur USA Boxing Athlete in efforts to Knockout Cancer with nonprofit organization Haymakers For Hope – a Cancer Research organization based in Boston, MA.
I raised nearly $21,000 for One Mission – a Pediatric Cancer Charity based in Massachusetts that specializes in comforting & improving the lifestyles of Pediatric Cancer patients and their families.

Summer Speed Camp (w/ BP Fit)
Partnered with Bradshaw Personal Fitness Coaching, a family fitness business based in Long Island, New York. Expert trainers Eugenia, Tucker & Raeffele Bradshaw Learning from Certified Personal Trainers with more than 50+ years of experience as a family in Fitness, Health & Wellness.
Through our partnership, I had the opportunity to leverage their elite exercise and health regimens, and unique position specific training for young athletes in my network during the Summer of 2022. These athletes were able to develop their strength, speed & skills through complex flexibility, balance, speed, agility & quickness training methods. The sessions were held Saturday & Sunday from June – August 2022.








Former NFL/CFL Free Agent Raeffele Bradshaw, also Director of Speed at Evolution Long Island (pictured, top right) was the Director of the program. Raefelle is also Founder of Nxtlevel Speed Training, based out of Westbury, NY. Good luck to all the players we had the opportunity to work with this summer.

Guest Speaker for The One Through The One Mentor Program speakers series ’21st Century Scholars’
I spoke on the importance of Fitness and Health, as well as the roles it plays on our mindset. I also spoke about my own fitness journey and how exercise helped drive my ambition and competitiveness from Sports into Business. I firmly believe Fitness can help us drive success in other areas of our life.
All in attendance were given a week-long fitness challenge to wake up 30-45 minutes earlier each day and exercise.



“Taste What It Takes” Clinic
Met with Director of Hempstead P.A.L & Founder of “The One Through The One” Youth program, Curtis Watts (pictured bottom, far right) & organized a clinic for The Hempstead P.A.L Football team and T.O.T.O youth program at LIU (Brookville, NY) to compete in drills during the offseason, on a college campus, ran by players to allow them the full embodiment of the collegiate experience.
The ‘One Through The One’ is a non-for-profit Youth & Young Adult development program that guides children and teenagers through multiple aspects of Life, including Education in STEM, Entrepreneurship, Health and Wellness.
The goal is to promote exercise, competitive spirit and accountability in the youth through Football. LIU coaches were present to inspire & remind these young athletes what it takes to reach the collegiate level.
